“Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near!” Isaiah 55:6
The truth is, God is always ready to embrace us. He is near to those who genuinely seek after Him. The problem however, is that many times we drift away from Him, lose interest in Him, and leave His presence thus leaving behind His protection. As the New Year begins I want to encourage you, friends to seek Him with all of your hearts and receive His Grace and His help. Until we recognize that God alone is the one who truly saves; we will be wondering through life purposeless. Don’t let past mistakes keep you from seeking God. The savior is waiting to enter your heart, why don’t you let Him come in?
PRAYER:
Heavenly Father, I seek You with all my heart. I seek to know more about You through Your Word. I long to get to know You and be known by You. Help me to sense your nearness and to know your presence. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen.
