“They shall call His name Immanuel, which is translated, “God with us!” Matthew 1:23

Christ came to live a life of humiliation, rejection, and suffering, so that fallen humanity could be brought back into full fellowship with Christ, and one day see His face.

My prayer is that we start to view the reality of Christ, as Lord of heaven and earth, Who undressed Himself of His magnificent Heavenly Glory and covered Himself with a mantle of humanities flesh to became Emmanuel – God with us.

Friends, as 2019 draws to an end, let us shed our filthy rags and be adorned in Christ’s robes of righteousness and become sons and daughters of the most High God and joint heirs with Christ, our Emmanuel – God with us.

PRAYER:

Father, I pray that as 2020 approaches we may see You with fresh eyes, and a new vision of Who You are. Thank You for always being with us. – in Jesus name I pray, AMEN.
